How to clean your oven

What you'll need

White vinegar
Damp dish cloth
Spray bottle
Water
Baking Soda
Rubber Gloves
Plastic or silicone spatula


How to: Start by removing oven racks, and anything else in oven such as oven thermometer, or pizza stone. Make a paste with baking soda by mixing a ½ cup of baking soda with a few tablespoons of water. Add water til you have a spreadable paste. For the next step, be sure to avoid the heating elements when you apply the paste to the inside of the ENTIRE oven. This is where the rubber gloves come in handy. Let the paste sit Overnight, or at least 12 hours. After 12 hours, use a damp cloth to wipe out as much of the paste as you can, you can use a rubber spatula if that will help. Almost done! For any remaining baking soda you see take your spray bottle with vinegar and spritz throughout oven. Use water and damp cloth to wipe away vinegar. Lastly, replace your oven racks. Your oven will be squeaky clean!
